Abstract

The Accounting Competition Program is a form of community service Synergy of Digital Marketing and Accounting: Equipping Students with Business Competencies in the Era of Economic Technology is a program implemented by lecturers and students of the accounting study program at Bumigora University. This program is designed to provide structured training and mentoring, so that students are ready to face challenges in the increasingly dynamic world of work. This community service program is designed with a participatory approach that places students as active subjects in all stages of the activity. This approach was chosen to create a collaborative and applicable learning process. This activity aims to transfer digital marketing and accounting knowledge and foster practical understanding, a sense of responsibility, and a sense of ownership of the contextual learning process. The strategy for implementing this activity was carried out in stages for 3 days and was attended by 115 accounting faculty students from semester one to semester eight with the following stages: Theory and Practice Training, Simulation Project Mentoring, Evaluation and Discussion. Overall, this program succeeded in achieving its main objective, namely to equip students with practical skills in designing digital marketing strategies and understanding their implications for the financial aspects of the business.
